How to Report a Post-Treatment Concern
At Be You Esthetic Suites, your comfort, safety, and overall experience matter to us. If you have any concern after a treatment, we want to hear from you promptly so we can assist with proper support and connect you with the licensed medical provider who delivers your care.
If You Are Experiencing an Emergency
If you are having symptoms such as:
- Difficulty breathing
- Sudden vision changes
- Severe swelling
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Chest pain
- Any symptom that feels life-threatening
Call 911 Immediately
Be You Esthetic Suites does not provide medical advice, but we will notify the medical provider as soon as we receive your report.

Please Provide
When reporting a concern, share as much of the following as you can:
- Your name
- Contact information
- Date of your treatment
- Type of treatment (if known)
- Name of your provider (if known)
- A brief description of your concern
- Photos of the area (optional)
What Happens After You Report a Concern
Once we receive your message:
1. We Document Your Concern:
Our administrative team will record the information you provide to ensure nothing is missed.
2. We Notify the Medical Provider:
All medical care at our location is provided by an independently contracted licensed medical practice. We will promptly notify the medical provider.
3. The Medical Provider Will Follow Up:
A licensed clinician may contact you for additional details, request photos, recommend an in-office visit or telehealth check-in, provide clinical evaluation/guidance/treatment as needed, or request additional information.
